Tropical Smoothie

Tropical smoothie

I have become a smoothie addict, I used to have them a couple of times a week and now I have a smoothie daily- I just love them. They are so filling and a easy way to pack yourself off with lots of nutrients. I throw so many nourishing ingredients into my smoothies making them a powerhouse of goodness. You can also tailor them to how your feeling, adding different ingredients to help different conditions.Green Acai Bowl

I love to add these items to my smoothies to make them nutritionally rich: Protein powder, Green powder (spirulina, chlorella), acai powder or frozen berries, seeds and nuts (especially chia, hemp and flaxseeds) and ginger.

I always have my freezer full of pre chopped fruits and vegetables so I can make a smoothie quickly in the morning. Talking to friends and family trying they just don’t want the hassle of getting the ingredients and it adds stress measuring and working out what they want. I have been looking at smoothie delivery companies and I have tried out Daily Harvest. I have been so impressed with the quality and ease of this company but it does come at a cost. Still cheaper than if you were to get your smoothie out.

Daily Harvest

Daily Harvest my experience:
