When you need a quick chocolate fix these are the things to make. They are paleo, gluten free, vegan, raw and refined sugar free and so simple to make.
Raw chocolate fudgey brownie
- ¼ cup milk
- 3 tbs mashed banana
- 2 tbs brown rice syrup
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- 1/3 cup cacoa powder
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- * All my recipes use dry cup measurer for liquid and dry
- Mix all the wet ingredients together, if you cant mash the banana finely then maybe a brief blend in processor.
- Shape into your desired shape, I tend to shape it into a square, about 2 cm thick and wrap it in cling film, place it in the fridge and then after 20 minutes cut into 12 bite sized pieces.
- Keep in fridge when not consuming.
