I am a little bit addictive to acai bowls, and they are becoming a regular feature at many healthy breakfast places. They are super easy to make yourself and also very versatile, for instance you can choose not to add the greens to your bowl, but I find it delicious and still very sweet. You can mix it up with different toppings.

I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I have had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Cheers!|

    • Hi Marinir, its a good question, it can be difficult to clear your head. I am most productive sitting in a cafe that has windows I can sit and look at the world outside going by while I write, thats what works for me. Also try making notes on your phone or in a note book when the ideas come to you so you can use these to help you start when you sit down to write. I hope this helps 🙂
